Killer variety is discouraged; rebalances required
I understand that new killers have to be OP and shiny on release to incentivize people to buy them, but I feel like a lot of the older killers have been left by the wayside. Chucky is awful to play, Xenomorph disappeared off the map, Trapper is still awful after years and years, and Ghostface still isn't great to use. Sadako's been left back where she was pre-rework with some nerfs to boot, and Skull Merchant is basically permanently killswitched.
Please even out the power of the roster a little bit. Both sides have been in a type of arms race, and it's feeling impossible for older killers to even keep up anymore. What will a bubba do against a group of 4 competent survivors? What will a Knight do? I feel like most of my games are just against Kaneki, Blight, Hillbilly, and Wesker.
And as for playing killer, it just sucks to play the ones that have seemingly been left as "fine" despite their current status. It's unlikely that Sadako or Chucky will recieve any changes for several patches, and we all know that the only thing holding this game back from p2w status is Nurse's atlas complex.
Please, just make the worse killers better/rework them. Put some time into killers that aren't the new shiny toys or fan favorites.

i mean isn't it up to the devs to ignore survivor complaints about a killer since nerfs make them end up on a bad state?

I totally agree, there are many killers that were left behind with the buffs and basic mechanics that were given to the survis over the years, they were indirect nerfs to these killers too, here is my tierlist, I would like to see yours
Ghost Face (Make this Addon 5% or 10% Base)
PIG (Make this addon 20% base)
Skull Merchant (Drone with 2 lights again needs to be turned back) or (the drone needs to spin faster)
No more Dash killers, please. I don't want that rework on the merchant…..Trickster this base addon (I don't think it would be very strong, it could 1 Ricochet not 2)
Trapper has increased speed when setting a trap

tbh id throw knight into either small buff or give him a medium buff. hes just an example of survivors crying wich got the killer gutted (in my opinion)

This is how I mostly feel regarding your list, I just only am unsure of what I'd do with doctor, maybe make his power not remove bloodlust, or grant haste?
I think Ghostface getting 2v8's movement speed in Shroud would be good, Maybe Amanda could have something similliar to fearmongerer that she moves faster while unseen or allowing her to charge her dash while moving full speed in crouch so she can use it to get around the map, I think mobility would help these killers a long way.1 -
GGiving Xenomorph the ability to use undetectable (and not have the turrets go odf when undetectable) even when it's tunnel undetectable, would be nice, bc the turrets take away all stealthy away from the xeno, who is meant for stealth like ambush playing styles, if they won't remove the trackers they should AT LEAST allow undetectable to be, well... UNDETECTABLE to flame turrets motion trackerz

You're right, one of the problems is the map mobility, but in my opinion the main problem is the power in chase, they don't have
