Inability to progress in bloodweb

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I have a mystery box in my bloodweb. Level 38. On ghost face. I cannot open the mystery box to progress through the bloodweb. When I click the box it only shows the “new level” screen on the bloodweb but stays at 38 and the bloodweb is the same. All items have been consumed except the mystery box.
PLATFORM: XBOX ONE
