Territorial Imperative Gives Survivors Audible Warning

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When entering the basement as Survivor, if the Killer is using Territorial Imperative, the Survivor gets an "Warning" sound that they have triggered the perk on the Killer
PLATFORM: PS5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
I went into the basement and heard the Warning sound twice.

My understanding was that this was an unintentional bug that was removed from the game. I have attached the endgame loadouts for all players below:
