Log in rewards BUG BLOODPOINTS instead of FRAGMENTS

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: This is the second time I got 10K BPs instead of 100 fragments. I watched the BP cap go up 10K and my level on tome is same how it was before I logged in. The reward says 100 fragments.

PLATFORM: PC/Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: You log in when the rewards reset, you don't get what you are supposed to.

    I got 10k and a cosmetic instead of rift fragments because I went up a tier. Are you quite sure you didn't go up a tier?
