SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: feng mins hair has a werid black missing texture?

so i just bought the (fantasy ribbon) feng min head cosmetic and I noticed something off that the back part of fang's hair is completely black and out of place and its was really bugging me so I just decided to post a report here
