So, for context, I've been playing DBD for about 2-3 years, and have amassed a collection of perks. Now, I stopped playing like maybe a year ago? And came back about two months ago and used cross progression. At first sight, I had everything I used to have on killer, but when I crossed over to survivor, 7 perks that I had purchased from the shrine of secrets where gone. I tried contacting support but they where all but helpful in resolving this issue. I'm honestly considering just not playing the game anymore, I mean, I've spent a considerable amount of money and time on this game for them to not even help or at least give me some shards out of pity. I'm disappointed.

TL;DR: Used cross-progression, didn't get all stuff, asked for help, didn't get any.
