Orela Rose cosmetic began to heavily flicker in match

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I played as the Unknown on Dead Sands map, and when I picked up Orela Rose, her cosmetic began to flicker randomly. It continued even on the hook and when someone unhooked her. After a while, it stopped though. Sadly I ddidn't record it from the beginning. And I'm not sure which cosmetic this is as I dont play as Orela.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Played as the Unknown on Dead Sands map. Downed a Orela Rose near a wall and picked her up. Flickering began.
