Lost Ability to Play as Mikaela on Switch
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I've lost the ability to play as Mikaela on Switch, even though I've owned her on that platform and unlocked her perks for most of my other Survivors. I bought her when she was her own separate chapter.
I think this might be a bug related to the current free trial. I don't own her on PC but I did select her thinking I could still play a Chaos Shuffle trial as her with the items I'd bought in the bloodweb on my Switch console. But decided not to, since she had no items on PC (which makes sense, Steam doesn't know I own this character because of how cross progression works regarding Switch). Now I find I can't play as her at all on my Switch and now have no proof of having owned her (except for her unlocked perks), since the chapter I bought has been retired from the eshop.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Tried to play Mikaela on PC during the free trial. Found access to this Survivor is now gone on my Switch. Cross progression is enabled.
