Re-implimenting a ranked gamemode
I have time and time again seen my friends, and actually me aswel, stop playing because we have explored all of the content that is in the game, and there is only so many flashlight saves you can do before you get tired of the game.
I think a ranked gamemode where you can lose Ranked Points is necessary for a healthy competitive game.
Something that would constantly want the players to improve and therefore would want to keep playing is very important for veteran players and i think adding a ranked mode where you get rewards for being a high rank
(doesnt have to be anything special, maybe just some shards or a head skin for survivors and killer with a skull that says which season and then give them out, and if we see a big spike in players, then you can make the rewards bigger),
but make it so you can also fall out of said red ranks would really help the game alot.
If you are afraid it will make que times bigger or drag less competitive players out of the game, then you can just make it a rotational gamemode
If you are worried about 4 man survivor premade groups dominating this gamemode, you can always make it solo/duo que or make two versions
Worried about blights/nurses dominating? Give survivors and killers a ban each, couple perks killer can ban, and maybe a killer or a perk survivors can ban
Thank you for reading.
I hope you get some inspiration from this post and i wish you a good day

A ranked mode I'm fine with, but banning killers just means you're never going to play who you want to play.
Blight/Nurse/Kaneki/Hux? Too strong. Always banned.
M1 killers? Too boring. Banned. And from the killers side, being able to ban a few perks means exhaustion builds are just gone, and that's a huge part of survivor builds. And for killers, you just wouldn't get slowdowns and SWF would destroy your gens.
Banning systems in a game like this just won't really ever work (sadly).
All a ranked mode really needs is specific rewards people can flex like in other games (people go crazy for this kinda stuff), and also the guarantee you're being matched with someone in your rank.
