PS5 Healing & Repair skill checks delayed

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

The Healing & Repair skill checks on PS5 do not show the dial until the needle has passed 3 o'clock. Struggle skill checks do not seem to be affected, as they appear with the needle at 12 o'clock.

PLATFORM:

PlayStation 5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Repair a generator or heal someone.
