SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

PLATFORM: PC Epic Games

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

When playing as a nurse in the Gideon location, she could get stuck in a box above the basement and next to the generator, surrounded by lockers. I have a video of how I found it.
