SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Reward cannot be collected

PLATFORM: PC (Steam)

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I opened the Rift and all the rewards, except for the 3 mentioned, were collected. Level 53, 54, 55 however not
