Knockout can trigger multiple times off the same pallet
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: If you run out the radius that activates knockout, back into it, and then out again, it is possible to repeatedly trigger the hinder from knockout which will stack multiplicatively with itself, so if you run out of the knockout radius, back in, then out again, you will recieve a 9.75% hinder, and if you repeat it a third time you will recieve a 14.263% hinder.
This seems seems abnormal compared to similar perks applying status effects which would just refresh the duration of the current status rather than adding a 2nd stack of itself

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Killer equips knockout
Survivor throws a pallet
survivor moves further than 6 meters from the pallet
5% hinder for 5 seconds triggers
survivor moves back within 6 meters
survivor moves out of 6 meters again
knockout retriggers adding a second 5% hinder for 5 seconds (stacking to 9.75%)
repeat as many times as you can within the 6 second period during which knockout is active. In theory if you were to wiggle left and right on the edge perfectly you could trigger it many more times.
