Witcher cosmetics

When the period ends, are the Witcher cosmetics gone gone? Or will they stay, like Attack on Titan for longer period of time?
If they are gone, will they come back later or is it one time thing?

    Afaik they'll be staying permanently, unless the license gets revoked like Pinhead
