Lagging each time I turn my mouse in game after reinstalling

After re installing DBD it seems that every time I turn with my mouse that I lag, I went in and checked my pc for everything that could be causing this like gpu updates, storage, disk space, etc… I even put my quality to low turned off vsync and anti-aliasing (when I DBD before I could run med-high quality and everything and be fine). I’ve restarted my pc and re installed the game 2x, even tried warming up the game (playing the tutorial over and over again with said lag). I checked everything through my pc so I have no idea why this could possibly be happening. Has anybody had this? (I’m on PC and I play the game through xbox)
