Survivor Mode “PARTY CREATION FAILED”

I have been trying to play as survivor for the past 2 hours and have been getting a message saying “failed to create party” when i click on survivor on chaos shuffle or regular mode, it will just load for about 2 minutes and say “failed to create party”

If i go on killer mode, it loads up as normal with no loading issues at all, just survivor mode… I also noticed that it is doing it on custom game as well. I am on Xbox Series X. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
