SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Dungeon Crawler achievement is broken on xbox. My friend just tried to do it with me in a game and he never got the achievement.
PLATFORM:
XBOX
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
He did the generator in the dungeon on the forgotton ruins (Lich's map) opened the exit gate and escaped and he never got the achievement.

- Player logs are required from PC players only.
never mind popped up late but still it shouldnt be doing that
