Face Mask, Utility Blades, and Slow-Release Toxin addons do not work

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Pig addons Face Mask, Utility Blades, and Slow-Release Toxin, all share a common set of bugs. First, the addons fail to apply their respective effects if the same survivor receives multiple traps during a trial (ie. if a survivor receives a trap, removes it, and then gets another trap, the addons won't work the second time). Additionally, they are missing the names of the addons in the status effect notifications for them in the top-right corner of the screen.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Play against the Pig using any of either Face Mask, Utility Blades, and/or Slow-Release Toxin
- Receive a Reverse Bear Trap. The addons will apply their respective effects, but notice that the status effect notifications are missing the names of the addons.
- Search boxes to remove the trap.
- Go back to the Pig and receive a 2nd Reverse Bear Trap. This time, the addons will not work at all.
