Haddie Deef Rift Outfits Missing

Completed the rift, but cannot claim the Haddie Deep rift 2 and 3 cosmetics. Got to claim everything else (before and after them). Been like this for weeks now

Went to claim my premium rift pass rewards and can't get 2 Haddie outfits. (Tier 94 & 95)
