Undone doubles the regression count

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using the perk undone with at least one token, kicking a generator duplicates the "damage generator" event which doubles the amount of BP received, as well as adding another regression to the regression count (which effectively means you can only use this perk 4 times instead of 8)

And no, this is CLEARLY not intended (pop doesn't work that way, there is no reason undone, a very bad perk, should suffer from this issue).
