How to connect to dbd servers

hi, I have a problem with internet connection with dbd. When I try to start dbd I often have initialization error, and when trying to start a game it starts but after 1 minute of waiting its "Disconnected dedicated server is not responding; disconnecting…" it happened when I was playing dbd and suddenly my wifi dropped for 5 mins and after that I cant join any lobby in dbd including even my own lobby with bots. I tried to reboot windows, redownload the game and changed a platform from steam to egs, I watched about 10 guides how to fix it and still cant. Please help me
