Waterlogged shows description is wrong

So Waterlogged Shoe adds a +7.5% haste to Hags base movement of 110% or 4.4m/s. Now the add-on does say to 4.73m/s but that math doesn't check out. 4×1.175=4.7 m/s. To make it where the Hag moves 4.73m/s it would have to be a +8.25% haste. 4×118.25%=4.73m/s. Which the wiki.gg clearly states. https://deadbydaylight.wiki.gg/wiki/Waterlogged_Shoe#7.1.0-0
So either I'm wrong or the description is wrong.
EDIT I'm wrong the calculation was 4.4×1.075=4.73
