Summary:
For the last 3 days cloudflare services have been hit by a whitelist block from the ru government. This includes DBD infrastructure and quite a lot of other games/services. The issue is not on your side (unless you want to deal with moving traffic through an unaffected route). However, you are about to see a massive influx of players playing with vpn, which at the very least will lead to ping issues. There is also a shitstorm in the local branch of the steam forum. Consider making an official announcement on the forum at least?
