Height: Average
Speed: 4.4 m/s, 110%
Terror Radius: 32 Meters
Weapon: Revolver

Lore:

Tohru Adachi is a man defined by one thing and one thing alone, the boundary between the talented and the talentless. He, believed himself to be lumped in with the latter, as a child, only fixated on his own success in academics, soon finding work in the Japanese Police. Deciding on the profession exclusively so he could have access to a gun.

It wasn't made to last, however, and soon, after an error of his own doing, he would find himself dispatched to the quiet town of Inaba, working as an assistant detective under Ryotaro Dojima. His new life was filled with the boredom he had tried so desperately to crawl away from. He had been completely and utterly swept aside into the muck that was that hick town, and he loathed every second of it.

That boredom though would soon come to an end, after a fateful encounter with a goddess in disguise, he found that he now had the ability to enter the screens of TVs into the TV World. It was only a matter of time until he truly got to play with this power, having shoved one Mayumi Yamano and one Saki Konishi into the TV World, leading to their untimely demise in the real world, their bodies discovered strewn across power lines as the fog retreated from Inaba.

Over the following months, Adachi continued forth, orchestrating a game of cat and mouse between a group of high school students who shared his powers, attempting to discover the killer of the two victims, whilst simultaneously manipulating a third party to kidnap various residents of the town, forcing them into the TV World, only to be rescued by the Investigation Team of Yasogami High.

This would soon come to a head inside of the Inaba Hospital, however, as the Investigation Team finally came to the conclusion of Adachi's guilt, and, with one small slip-up in his explanation, he had lost his feigned innocence. Thus, he began to make his escape, sprinting down the hall, retreating into the TV World to return to safety in the fog of that realm.

In this, though, as his eyes opened inside of the TV World, he would immediately be able to tell something was off. That off-yellow tinge that was native to that realm, the horrid smell, it wasn't there anymore, nor were the shadows that roamed its expanse. It was different, inviting, almost, the chilling fog inviting him, offering refuge which he would gladly accept.

Power: TV World

Passive Effects: The trial begins in the Real World. The TV World meter fills passively throughout the match at a rate of 2.5 charges per second. This fill rate is increased through bonuses that occur from killer interactions, mentioned as follows:

Injuring a Survivor with a Basic Attack or Hooking a Survivor - 20 charges
Injuring a Survivor with a Ranged Attack - 25 charges
Starting a Chase - 10 charges
Reloading - 5 charges
(Each injured survivor grants an additional 1 charge per second, to a maximum of 4 charges per second).

Once the total charge for the TV World is activated, the trial enters the TV World for 60 seconds. Fog thickness is set to maximum, and the sky turns yellow, survivors suffer from Blindness. The Fool benefits from clearer vision along with the following effects:

Movement Speed Increased to 4.6 m/s (115%)

The Fool begins the trial with 6 bullets.

"What!? Th-That's ridiculous! We already know Namatame's the one who put them all in!" - Adachi, Tohru

Bored Cruelty: After successfully downing a survivor, any survivors within the killer's terror radius suffer from Oblivious and Exhausted for 5/10/15 seconds.
"I like that look on your face." - Adachi, Tohru

Mori:

The camera pans into the survivor's face as The Fool approaches from behind, grabbing them by the back of their neck before turning to the side, revealing a powered CRT TV, that The Fool promptly pushes the survivor towards, pausing for a moment as they struggle to try and escape his grasp before completely shoving them through the screen, causing them to vanish into thin air as The Fool brushes his hands off and lets out a sigh, the camera panning back towards him as he starts to walk away only for the survivor to fall from the sky above, hitting the ground with a splat, The Fool laughing maniacally as the animation finishes.
