I think extra options for abandonment may need to be considered

I'm noticing an issue where killers deliberately won't down the last survivor standing to deny everyone the chance to abandon effectively allowing survivors to spend 4 minutes on the ground bleeding out like before which this feature was supposed to resolve. This problem gets even worse when one person gets fed up and decides to dc, as a bot will never attempt to go back and pick anybody up if they're being "chased" by the killer. Therefore I think additional prerequisites are necessary to prevent bleed out/griefing "playing styles", and these are the solutions I have in mind:

  1. If you've been on the ground for 90 or more seconds without having been recovered, hooked, or a gen being completed, you can abandon. (I don't see any reason anybody should be on the ground for this long without anything having been done. Being on the ground for this long can only be due to griefing.)
  2. If all, but one survivor are on the ground and either nobody has recovered out of the dying state in 60-90 seconds or a gen hasn't been completed in 60-90 seconds, you can abandon. (Pretty much the exact same as above with the condition that only if all but one have been standing to prevent issues of people attempting to give up and go next in normal scenarios.)
  3. If all non-bot players are in the dying state, you can abandon. (Because a bot's not a real player who's actually trying to be productive in slug scenarios where the game may be about to end, and like I said above, people just purposely keep the bots alive so the others can bleed.)
