there is no universe where ths community would tolerate it if killer attack hitreg was half as bad as pallet hitreg, but killer players aren't people i guess

You get hit when already standing on the other side of the pallet? Me too. A lot. Why? Dedicated seervers. You don't see killer in proper position, so that's why we get hit by the corner.
