Knight Guard bug with windows

I was unable to path through windows on Lery's Memorial Institute with the Guards while making the pathways.
Xbox Series S
Playing on Lery's, made 2 attempts to path through a window vault while chasing a Survivor and I was unable to go through it. Tested every window on a single match. It appears that random windows have their walls misaligned.
