Me and my friend cooked up a few killer ideas, hope it goes into consideration. Feel free to send feedback.

The Gravedigger

Real name: Joe Collins

Ability: Burial Grounds

Ability Description:

• Pitfall Traps: Joe can create hidden pitfalls around the map. He can have up to three active traps at a time. Traps are invisible to survivors but can be revealed if a survivor uses a flashlight on them.

• Escaping: Survivors who fall into the traps are immobilized for 10 seconds. To climb out, they must pass a series of skill checks, this action takes 5 seconds, if a skill check is missed, they fall back down and become immobilized for 3 seconds. Survivors can help each other out of the pitfall, This action takes 5 seconds, survivors cannot be saved while immobilized. If a survivor saves themselves the killer receives a loud noise notification. Joe can grab survivors in his traps, he must hit them if they are climbing out.

• Digging Pits: Joe can dig a pitfall trap by pressing and holding the Active Ability button. The digging action takes 5 seconds and can be interrupted by the killer moving or being stunned, if Joe is stunned while digging a pit, He cannot dig a pit for 15 seconds

Once a trap is set, it stays active until a survivor falls in or the killer decides to dig a new one, which will deactivate the oldest trap.

Caleb’s Final Gambit

⁃ if you have a hex perk - At the beginning of a trial, Your Totem spawns in a non-hidden pitfall, this totem has priority to be Hexed and all Hexes are placed on this one totem. Upon a survivor cleansing the totem, Caleb’s Mask is placed upon them and they are granted a Rusty Shovel; Caleb’s Mask will carry the effects of the Hexes. If Hex a perk activates while Caleb’s Mask is placed upon a survivor, the mask will carry the hex.

⁃ If no hex perk is equipped then, the first survivor to fall into a pitfall has Caleb’s Mask placed upon them and are granted a Rusty Shovel. They become broken, blind, and their left side of the screen becomes blurry until the mask is removed.

⁃ In order to remove the mask the survivor must bloody the shovel by stabbing Joe, stunning him for 3 seconds. The Survivor must plunge the Bloodied Shovel into all active pitfall traps: The traps have their aura revealed when within 8 meters. This destroys them and cleanses all Hexes the mask is carrying. To plunge the shovel successfully they have to complete a hard skill check: if missed, the killer receives a loud noise notification.

Joe cannot create pitfalls while the mask is placed upon a survivor.

If the survivor that the mask has been placed upon dies, the mask loses its effects

Unique Add-ons:

1. Cracked Lens

- Common Add-on

- Effect: Slightly increases the time it takes for survivors to climb out of pitfalls by 1 second.

- Description: A broken lens from Joe's father's glasses, a reminder of the abuse and pain.

2. Tarnished Shovel Head

- Common Add-on

- Effect: Slightly increases the speed at which Joe can dig pitfalls by 0.5 seconds.

- Description: An old, tarnished shovel head, dulled from years of harsh use.

3. Rusted Chain

- Uncommon Add-on

- Effect: Moderately increases the time it takes for survivors to climb out of pitfalls by 2 seconds.

- Description: A rusted chain used to tie down victims, heavy and corroded.

4. Weathered Gloves

- Uncommon Add-on

- Effect: Moderately increases the speed at which Joe can dig pitfalls by 1 second.

- Description: Joe’s gloves, weathered and torn, providing a better grip while digging.

5. Sharpened Shovel Blade

- Rare Add-on

- Effect: Survivors hit while climbing out of pitfalls suffer from the Mangled status effect for 60 seconds.

- Description: Joe’s shovel, freshly sharpened to cause more pain.

6. Dark Mask Fragment

- Rare Add-on

- Effect: Survivors trapped in pitfalls have their auras revealed to Joe for 5 seconds after escaping.

- Description: A fragment of the eerie mask left behind by Caleb, holding a dark power.

7. Iron Clasp

- Very Rare Add-on

- Effect: Greatly increases the time it takes for survivors to climb out of pitfalls by 3 seconds.

- Description: An iron clasp used to bind Caleb, now repurposed for Joe’s traps.

8. Bloodied Bandage

- Very Rare Add-on

- Effect: Hitting a survivor climbing out of a pitfall grants Joe aura on one other injured survivor for 2 seconds.

- Description: The bandage Joe used after his eye was gouged out, soaked in blood.

9. Ancient Shovel Handle

- Ultra Rare Add-on

- Effect: Joe can now have up to 4 active pitfalls on the map at once.

- Description: The handle of an ancient shovel, imbued with dark energy.

10. Uneven ground

- Ultra Rare Add-on

- Effect: After a survivor escapes from a pitfall, they suffer from 10% hindered status until they walk for 10 seconds

- Description: Survivors must walk off the pain of a rolled ankle.

Teachable Perks:

1. Hex: Unearthly Tremors

• Description: The Realm shakes from your sacrifice.

• Activation: Each time you hook a survivor, Unearthly Tremors activates. For the next 10/15/20 seconds, all survivors experience tremors throughout the map.

• Skill Check Disruption: All skill checks have a 50% reduced success zone and appear 50% faster.

• Visual Disturbance: Survivors' screens shake slightly every 5-7 seconds for 2-4 seconds, making it harder to see clearly and aim for skill checks or evade the killer.

• Cooldown: 110/100/90 seconds

2. Joe’s Eye:

• Description: Having lost an eye, you now take satisfaction in blinding your victims.

• The obsession becomes blinded when entering your terror radius for 20 seconds.

3. His for Yours:

• Description: Blind his, and yours he shall take.

• Effect: Survivors who shine a flashlight at you or use flashbangs within 16 meters become Exposed for 20/25/30 seconds.

• Stuns last twice as long during the activation of this perk.

• Cooldown: 75/70/60

Lore:

Joe Collins was born into the struggling household of Gerald and Lindsey Collins. From a young age his father would abuse him, so he turned to school as an escape and quickly found the same tendencies as his father. He greatly admired Caleb and that led him to beat on the kid as his father would him, he would take a shovel and shatter Caleb’s left knee cap. Caleb would often struggle to get away from Joe, sometimes falling into primitive pit fall traps Joe had setup beforehand. Caleb would be stuck in these holes for days with only revenge on his mind.

Joe would return home one night after trapping Caleb, to see his father waiting on him to return. The screams could be heard by villagers throughout and they would simply shrug it off.

He would return to the hole Caleb was kept in the next day, Caleb was no where to be seen. The only evidence he was there at all was a dark eerie mask in the pit. Joe climbed down and picked up the mask. A message read.

“A present from your pain over the years”

⁃ Caleb Quinn

With raging curiosity and mystery washing over him, he held the mask up to his face. Black fog swirling above the hole, the ground cracking below him. A faint silhouette of Caleb stood over the hole, shovel in hand. Joe had forgotten all about the mask until he felt a sharp pain in his face, blood dripping down into his hands. He looked down only to realized his eye had been gouged out by this mask.

The black fog seemed to be watching them.

Caleb threw the shovel that had broken his knee time after time into the hole, the ground shook and the fog grew thicker. Joes hole had caved in around him.

The hoarder

Real name: Darren Vixen

Power:

The hoarder has a collection of junk that he has collected and at a moments notice he can call upon the entity to use his collection to hold survivors in place for 0.5 seconds (similar to old Freddy snare). The hoarder will hold a miniature version of what is in his trap (cosmetic) and the survivor will see this however not the traps location. When the hoarder gets a hit due to his trap slowing down a survivor (similar to nurse blink hits) he gets one token per unique survivor he hits (max of 4). Once he reaches 4 tokens he unlocks a 5th perk slot (5th perk determined before the game starts). When a survivor is injured and the hoarder gets a trap hit the survivor will enter deep wound and be mangled. Cooldown 20 seconds

Lore:

Darren, age 45, spent his years collecting worthless trinkets and stuffed animals in his delusion of wealth. One day he had found a chest on his door step seemingly omitting a dark presence. He had brought it inside immediately, pushing aside bags upon bags of his worthless delusions. However he had hauled that chest inside is a wonder.

The police arrived on scene. Door open and black drag marks on ground, an empty open chest that had sunken down into the hard wood floor. An outline of a body in black dust on the floor.

Teachable:

Hoarder’s obsession

Grants the appearance of 0/1/2 more chests, every item dropped on the ground causes repair speed to be 1/1.5/2% slower.

Unwanted deposit:

When a survivor enters a locker within the killers terror radius they drop their item.

Hex: Final Testament

When the last generator has been completed a full totem hexes, once the exit gates have been powered and there is one survivor left; The exits gates become blocked.

The killer can no longer close hatch.

When the hex is cleansed the effect ends.

Add on:

Iridescent - Teddy Bear: holds survivors in place for a full second. However, the hoarder can no longer gain tokens for his 5th perk slot. Also grants survivors 0.5 seconds of endurance after being freed from the trap.

Iridescent - Tiny Dino: After the obsession gets hit by a special attack, a hoarded object is placed upon them, and they scream and become revealed for 4 seconds after an altruistic event, as well as exposed for 15 seconds.

Once a survivor is hooked the object disappears.

Addons can include range increases, cooldown changes, etc.
