Ultimate Weapon notification bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When Survivors are affected by Ultimate Weapon and gain Blindness, the notification in the top right only says "Blindness" and doesn't show "Ultimate Weapon" beneath it like perks/addons normally do.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Play against a killer with Ultimate Weapon
- Have the killer activate Ultimate Weapon near you
