A Blind Killer idea
I've always wondered what it would be like to a killer that's blind. I would make them completely blind like you can still see as normal but survivors will be Invisible to the killer. I know what people will Say. How can you catch a survivor if you can't see them well that's where this type of killer power comes in
The Killers power is what I'll Call his high sense where hearing and smell will be enhanced to alway the killer to not only hear the survivors but also smell them. This killer does not rely on chases to get his downs but Ambushing them when they least expect it so this killer will be understandable the entire game to make up for him now able to see survivors. If a survivor see This Killer there Arua will be revealed for all survivors to add Counter play.
Special ability 1 will be Extreme Hearing. Survivors must Stay Quiet to avoid this killer if a Gen is being worked on he can hear you working on if he is close enough from the Gen. And killer instinct will be provided to the killer if he hears you in any way. Breathing and mouns of pain are enhanced to this killer which means healing is ur best bet of survival(btw this killer will still be able to blinded and stunned)
Special ability 2 will be Extreme Smell. The Killer will see Sense spots left by Survivors by them just walking around and if the Killer Sniffs those spots the survivors General Direction will be revealed allowing this killer to track survivors down. Again thus killer doesn't rely on Chases it's hole concept is to sneak up on survivors. There really shouldn't be a counter play for this because it would be abused making the killer useless.
Special Attack/Ability will be Cloak and strike. Cloak and strike will work similarly to The Wraiths cloak but used Differently. When cloaked the Killer be Slower and all sound this killer makes will be silenced. And when you suspect a survivor you can do a Strike that dashes to survivors dealing a full health state when this happens the killer uncloaks makes a loud scream and dashes. This ability will be on Cool Down of maybe 10 secs or so its not spammed.
The final thing is that I would remove the Pallets because this killer can't chase the survivors or loop like other killers can

Just like in real life, blind people have no business trying to kill other people in any context, because they'd be awful at it.

Not when there high senses are there Ally. When a blind person has been like that for years there other senses become there Sight. There are moments in some horror games and movies where there is a blind monster or killer. Like the Quiet place monster or the Nurses from Silent hill. Being blind doesn't mean there not good at being a killer. They just do it differently than other people or creatures would.

I don't think a completely blind one would work, as you'd end up bumping into things a lot.
Partially blind, maybe.

I did mention that you would be able to see like normal but survivors are the only thing ur not able to see. It would be just like a bat form on the dark lord
