Please buff Borrowed Time
Ever since it becoming base-kit, the perk instantly died, I have never saw it since in a match, most people just bring OTR instead for themselves, the extra speed and duration is nice but cannot really compete with any other unhook perk nowadays.

Babysitter also hasn't done BT any favors. I think extending the Endurance further would be totally fine.

I think BT is already good, especially considering it becomes broken when combined with Babysitter which is a perk that is very strong currently and deserves a small nerf in my opinion.

It's not a terrible Perk by any means, throwing a killer off with the extra 10 seconds may save you or somebody else, but compared to pretty much any other Perk, I feel like it's lacking a bit, it pretty much lost its identity completely.

One thing I‘d like to see is that it works for yourself when you get unhooked. Same for babysitter.

But is Borrowed Time really in a worse off spot than it was before basekit BT? It's not like it's changed drastically. What about all the perks that are ACTUALLY bad like the Teamwork perks, Cut Loose, Overzealous, Better than New, Invocation: Treacherous Crows…?
You might argue that none of those perks fit the anti-tunnel altruistic niche that BT does, but we have perks like Babysitter that do. And yes, BT is outshone by Babysitter, but that's more an issue of Babysitter being extremely strong right now rather than a sign of Borrowed Time being weak. Not every decent perk is going to have high pick rates and that's especially true for altruistic perks, it doesn't make perks like Borrowed Time bad.
