Sadako tv aura bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Currently Sadako sees the arrow above every tv regardless if it's turned on or off, or if it's selected on the screen

    Can confirm the issue is still in the game, also happens on other platforms as well (tested it on Nintendo Switch)
