Dull Colors Less Bright When Unhooked

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When on the ground, colors are less bright and more dull. When you are being hooked, you can visually see an immediate difference of colors being brightened and more brightness overall. When unhooked, the colors go back to being more dull and less bright. The difference is VERY small but it is noticeable. Color change is only in the environment and the character skins, not the UI icons. Clearly visible when off hook and the gate switches activate.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Play new Freddy Fazbear map. Notice color when running around. Watch closely during the hooking process. Watch closely during the unhooking process. The color change is very small but it is there.

VIDEO: No video provided, only screen shots. Hooked photo: brightness of the hook trinket, generator lights, entity red sparks in the corner. Unhooked photo: overall more dull and not as vivid.

More image examples to show the difference. Look at the yellow orb on the hook when hooked compared to when unhooked.

This is happening on console as well, and in all maps. The difference is NOT, I repeat, NOT small. The maps becomes extremely dark upon being unhooked. On the hook, the map/environment is the normal brightness. I also tested this and found that if your gamma settings are (2.6+)very bright, the darkness will be very dark, if gamma is set mid to low (2.2ish) you wont notice the huge difference.
