Skins make my game crash

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

I play DBD on my Nintendo Switch 2. As of now, with the new fnaf chapter update, as soon as I click on either the Glitchtrap skin or the Matthew Lillard skin the game just crashes. Looking at the other skins is fine and the game works fine. It's literally just when you want to view one of those two skins that the game suddenly crashes. The issue makes me unable to purchase them, which is unfortunate since I was really looking forward to playing as them. Hope this is easy to fix. I'm a loyal OG Switch and now Switch 2 dbd player.

PLATFORM: Nintendo Switch 2

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I go to the in game store via the main menu. I click on either one of the two legendary skins and the game crashes. Also happens when I view the skin through the killer lobby screen and then go to the skin store page.

VIDEO: I cannot properly record footage of my switch 2 as if now, sorry. All that happens is that I click on either one of the two skins and the game just freezes and then I get the notification that the game isn't responding anymore and that I have to close it.

PLAYER LOGS:

  • Player logs are required from PC players only.
  • (I play on Switch 2 so this doesn't apply to me)
