Springtrap Chaser Medal Not Working Properly

When playing as Springtrap, the axe throws will not count towards your chaser medals. Standard Basic Attacks will count, but no points toward the medal will count if using exclusively axe throws.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Play Springtrap and use basic attacks and compare to using mainly axe throws/grabs
