Still NOT getting moonrise progress. PS4 2.5.3 patch Now with video!

My 4th match where I didn't receive any progress. 2 matches before the first hot fix, 1 yesterday after the fix, and one just now. I'm stuck at 99/100 so I can't even get the first coin. The progress I do have is from the time after the first fix on the first day. I have all of the current patches downloaded. Everything is the same as my other post on this, no moonrise tally screen after the match etc. I saved the videos and have screenshots.

    That sucks dude. Highly doubt it would make a difference but have you tried reinstall?

    I was thinking I would try that... I would be ticked if I did that and it's still messed up. It was working after the first fix but then yesterday this started.

    Yeah the fact that none of the event stuff is appearing is only reason. Before it was just a server issue not saving or uploading or whatever.

    @Might_Oakk Reinstalling seems to of fixed it. I just wonder what happened. Back luck I suppose. Thanks for the advice.

    Hmm seems to I've got the same issue with the patch 1.53, 3games played and still 243/300 ... but reinstall is not a fix, it worked yesterday so I don't care of this crap event anymore :unamused:

    I've raised this issue with support and am awaiting any further information from them. The first thing I would suggest is a reinstall of the game, especially as in your video the lanterns weren't even showing on Screen. If you are still having problems then of course we will look into this further.

    [EDITED TO ADD: I can see a reinstall solved the issue for you - please let me know if it occurs again]

    @Vietfox you are on PS4 as well yes? If so can you try to reinstall the game, failing that please contact support directly https://support.deadbydaylight.com
