Statistics on Offical Stat Tracker incorrect

On the offical DBD Stats website, it seems that my stats are tracked only POST-Account Merging when it was introduced. For example, my Cenobite matches say 10 when they were my main and definetley have played more than 10 matches with them.
Any acknowledgement of stats being incorrect for people would be awesome, or any updates to the issue as I've seen many people report it as a bug.
