SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Every time I Que up as killer or survivor or even change my skins the game freezes and stops responding

PLATFORM: Switch 2

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: simply changing my skin or trying to start a game causes this issue.
