Constant Audio reverse/far away since FNAF update

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Audio is wonky. Generator sound comes out of right ear only. Everything is coming from wrong directions/far away.

PLATFORM: PC

    I have this issue mainly when playing against Springtarp and after using a security door. Logs (also with the camera being stuck) is uploaded already, see
