Springtrap Banner not there

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: There is a discord quest to play the game for 15 minutes to get a Springtrap Banner. I compelted the quest, copied the code into dbd, redeemed it, the banner popped up in the bottom (as things always do when you redeem/unlocked them), but I didn't get it. It is not in my customise banner menu. I already restarted my game and it is still not there.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Opened Discord.
- Accepted the Quest to play 15 minutes of DBD
- Played 15 minutes of DBD
- Copied the code into the dbd redeem window and redeemed it.
- Noticed it does not show up in my Banner menu.
