Tried to connected everything to get the Springtrap banner. Made sure to restart my ps5 and reload the Discord app. And is no progress, I even played a couple public matches to see if it would also help the issue and still nothing.

    That's probably a bug with Discord, not DBD. It looks like Discord isn't detecting DBD. Try using the "configure your console" button or contacting discord support.
