SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Using the automatic bloodpoint spending system appears to reward perks at tiers the player already owns.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Take note of all perks and their levels
  2. Autospend bloodpoints
  3. Compare rewards to already owned perks.
