Crow appearing out of no where
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: doing any kind of action, and not being afk, randomly gives you crows , and more show up until the killer hits you.
PLATFORM: pretty sure all platforms has it
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: either doing a generator, clensing totem, opening a door we start to collect crows like we are afk, until we get hit by the killer.

Just wanted to note that your video evidence showed you hiding for a period of time during the end game and then it still took you some time to reach an Exit Gate, and the crow appeared at that time. The crows do not decay instantly once one appears, and would need more time to go away.
For clarification, the Killer is not alerted with a loud noise notification until you are at three crows, which was not observed in your video.
