AFK crow and Go next prevention (unpopular opinion)

Basically i will be the devil advocate here, first afk crows.

I only had a problem with it once in 20 trials when i was trying to sabo and got a crow for being "afk", reading comments and forum posts just showed to me that the community is in most part BAD at the game, but since they are the majority some wiggle room should be made in the mechanic.

Mostly whats happening is people touching gens but not long enough to reset the afk timer, and some people that WASTE a good 30,40 sec following survivors in chase with a flashlight are getting crows, another issue is that in my testing breaking totems only reset the timer at like 90% of the progress bar and healing too.

Basically the noobs are interrupting the heal or repair wich makes the timer for the afk crows not reset, so i would suggest to increase the timer for the FIRST crow to appear by a 30% margin.

Removing the mecanics as people are asking will just help players who start to "rat" when there are 2 people alive creating a hostage situation, also in some weeks players will actually learn to be more PRODUCTIVE hence forth fixing the "crow problem". There always will be the "i cant find gens so i got crows" excuse guy, as if the gens in the map didnt spawn always in a CIRCLE pattern + the big ass lights + lamps, closed doors, blinking signs some maps have.

STOP HANDHOLDING, IT CREATES WHINIES AND ITS BORING

Go next prevention: didnt had any issue with it as if it didnt exist, guess i just PLAY THE GAME normally, i even tried to use luck + unhook perks (sometimes only luck offering) and didnt stumble in any of the "i was falsely flagged" problem other people had ( maybe im playing dbd 2.0 lol )

Go next prevention was being exploited by other players who were forcing it upon survivors via tunnelling. If you were "playing normally," then odds are you weren't getting tunnelled or targetted by players in this way.

I'll speak on the crows first, as I didn't get to test the anti-go next stuff before the killswitch.

I spent 3 hours+ on stream trying to get crows. No sabo builds mind you, but I tried:

    Boons and cleansing hexes
Stealth with fixated and urban evasion
And healing builds with unhooking and healing

Not a single crow in 3 hours. I've seen videos of people getting them, so I don't think people are lying, I just think there's spaghetti code in some instances where crows appear when they shouldn't. If so, it's not intentional from my tests. Heck, I spend a match doing half of it using urban evasion to get around and no crow.

Edit: Twitch is Voidlines if anyone wants to check, but keep in mind my mic audio hasn't been the best, still diagnosing it and my audio mixing, first few matches even had the audio swapped in my ears and was making me look crazy lmao.

The system just needs a few tweaks. I think there's already a comprehensive list of suggestions somewhere.

If you are afraid of getting crows and can't find a gen, you can also try cleansing a dull totem or opening a chest. I think that will hold you over for a while.

makes you wonder how rare it is to get tunneled, when i was on low mmr i just ate all chases until i die since the game would end in a 3 escape, on high mmr they just drop the change the instant you get into a strong loop
