Hex perk location shuffle

There should be a hex perk that changes active totems locations every minute. Also add another effect like

Hex: Capricious

All active hex totems change location every 60 seconds. They do not change while a survivor is interacting with them.

The killer can go to the hex and offer prayers to the entity for 3 seconds and shuffle it's location and receive one of the following at random.

  1. All survivors scream, and recieve and item upgrade.
  2. Killer Receives silence disabling all abilities for 20 seconds, but during that time receives a 10% speed buff.
  3. The killer can see the aura of the farthest survivor for 3 seconds.
  4. The entity is displeased, inflicting the killer with a -5% movement speed debuff for 15 seconds.
  5. All survivors gain the effects of andrenaline.
  6. All survivors hear a constant terror radius and see a constant red stain for 30 seconds.

Those effects could be changed.

It is an asymmetrical game, there should be a few more perks that can be wildcards.
