Killer Concept: The Mist

I feel like we need a new Killer with Scare potential and mist is something that isn't used much on the Killer side so....
This killer will play mostly like wraith.

The Mist has two states, similar to wraith. He Evaporates into a fog and can quickly travel across the map, Similar to the spirits phase walk but slower yet faster than wraith while cloaked since Survivors will be able to see the Mist slightly speeding trough the fog already on the map. Games against The Mist will have a Purple mist effect on the Level by default.

Just a thought, What would you think of a Killer that incorporates the Mist in game?
