Doctor Electricity is bugged on his Skins

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: All the Doctor Electricity on is Skins appear red instead of Blue-ish
PLATFORM: All except Switch
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
In the Lobby and Trail the Electricity is red. Suddenly in the Tally Screen it's normal again.
It's pretty much on every skin which has electricity or sparks on his skins.
Same goes for his eyes in his Prestige Skin.
