Mastermind Boxes vs Nemesis Boxes
Okay, so both RE killers have this mechanic where they afflict survivors with a status related to them, and then there are metal RE supply cases that either contain vaccines or first aid sprays. After having played extensively against both killers, a thought has been rolling around in my head: why is it that Nemesis only has 4 vaccines, with an addon that can remove one of those vaccines, and Wesker has essentially 8 first aid spray uses?
I find that Nemesis can infect survivors FAR more easily than Wesker can. A good Nemesis knows when to pull their tentacle out and pretty much always will hit a survivor who is locked into an animation at windows or pallets. And then there's nuance where a survivor can try to predict that hit and fake the vault but it typically ends up with the Nemesis getting a free hit regardless, either because they ended up body blocking, or faked their power all along. Not to mention hitting over short obstacles, and the zombies that can also inflict infection, or who are just annoying in general.
Wesker on the other hand seems to take a lot more skill to land his grabs, and a lot of games when I play against him, I can avoid it and only take an M1 instead. So then the comparison is this: Wesker always seems to have an abundance of first aid spray, and Nemesis not enough.
Should we decrease the amount of first aid spray Wesker spawns onto his map? Or perhaps add in a vaccine chest for Nemesis, and upgrade his addon to remove two vaccines?

Wesker has more sprays because his infection is a lot more dangerous. If the amount of sprays was reduced enough to the point that he could consistently force survivors to use them all and eventually become permanently Hindered + instadownable, that would be REALLY obnoxious and not at all fun to play against. There are 12 spray uses available against Wesker (6 spray cans with 2 charges each), which is more than enough to where this almost never happens, but it still forces survivors to spend some time using them and not on generators.
Nemesis infection is essentially just a 3rd health state that balances out the power of his tentacle, and makes you cough a bit and that's it. So the number of vaccines is intentionally quite limited because of that, and in fact it's often bad to use a vaccine early on in a match because hitting uninfected survivors with the tentacle helps him tier up faster (hitting an uninfected survivor is worth 3 points, whereas hitting an already infected survivor is only worth 1 point) so it's generally best to save them for a bit later in the game or for crucial moments as it helps you delay the Nemesis from reaching tier 3. You're not intended to be able to remove his infection all the time, whereas with Wesker you generally are.
