Revert Mangled and Hemorrhage Changes
With the continuous small buffs to healing over the course of many updates, without much given to killer as compensation, I think the heal vs anti-heal meta has reached a clear tipping point in the favor of survivors. Leverage was definitely an alright addition, but doesn't really matter when someone with resurgence can heal themselves under hook in a few seconds. No Quarter is extremely niche, and even then it isn't really worth it. Going for tags is just not worth it currently in many matches (unless you're a strong killer, or playing against survivors below your skill level). And with Vigil being buffed, I think that these anti-heal status effects being on a timer is just not viable. Making these status effects permanent again would balance out the buffs to healing and add more variety to the killer meta. I am perfectly fine with there being strong heal and anti-heal options on both sides, but anti-heal just needs something to keep up. Many of the timers also felt very arbitrary, especially when it came to addons so this would streamline them.

I want Mangled to be "until healed" and Hemorrhage to be on a timer (ideally between 80-120 seconds)

id love the opposite; give me a reason to hunt and interrupt heals at 90%. it feels so rewarding to have wasted survivors time by correctly guessing the reset location, whereas Mangled just plays itself and is, imo, mostly why people disliked the hit and run playstyle. I think hemorrhage gets more attention due to the misophonia inducing sound effect.

Mangled can become permanent again but hemorrhage shouldn‘t. Losing all the healing progress over and over again was just frustrating back then

Tbh I would approach this more on a case-by-case basis. Rather than making all of these effects time-limited it would have been better to only target specific ones that were strong. I think some of the stronger effects (such as the Nurse Mangled addon) should remain time-limited, but many of the weaker sources of these effects should be reverted to lasting until healed. I do agree that the heal vs. anti-heal balance is in the survivors' favor right now.

Haemorrhage shouldn't be on timer as well, but numbers should be toned down. Now it's 7% per second, which makes you lose almost all of your progress immediately, and I think 2-3% per second would be fair middle ground.

I think it’s fair to have healing progress reset, it’s up to you as survivor to reset at a place the killer can’t interrupt and if they find you healing I think it’s alright to reward them a bit more if they dedicate something in their build to that.
