Loss of Camera Control and no Footsteps Sounds

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
PLATFORM: Steam
I went into the security room and was grabbed as I came out in animation and I loss control of the camera with my mouse. I also later noticed I couldn't hear foot steps from survivors or the killer.
